By accessing our platform or completing our digital signup procedures, you warrant that you possess a legally recognized corporate status or business entitlement in India, including a valid 15-digit GSTIN profile and active corporate bank records. You are solely responsible for maintaining the privacy of your console passwords, authentication tokens, and webhook configurations.
As an onboarded partner, you gain access to publish your digital catalog to our cross-country traffic streams. By utilizing these services, you explicitly agree to the following terms:
Fulfillment lanes operate in synchronization with our integrated automated logistics setup. Payout disbursals for verified deliveries are executed automatically into your registered corporate bank channel within 7 business days from the formal date of product dispatch, subject to clean delivery metrics and zero fraudulent dispute logs.
All technology blocks, graphics elements, dynamic analytics system structures, brand icons, and portal source code layouts are the exclusive intellectual property of UGB Digital Pvt Ltd. Any unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or modification of the underlying system architectures is strictly prohibited.
In no event shall UGBkart or its corporate directors be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential commercial losses arising out of system downtime, shipping network delays, or external technical network errors. We reserve the absolute legal right to restrict or terminate seller console accounts that violate this agreement.
